Denver-based Sharing Connexion, a 501(c)(3) organization providing real estate resources and solutions to nonprofits and affordable housing organizations, was elated to learn on March 11 that the Denver City Council had awarded them a $2.6M loan that will help create – as reported by Denverite – the first cooperatively owned mobile home park in Denver. Sharing Connexion will serve as interim owner while residents transition to cooperative ownership.
Sharing Connexion was founded by Connexion Asset Group CEO Ed Anderson in 2015. DBMK has been privileged to support our friends and neighbors at both organizations for several years now. Their contributions to keeping housing affordable for all are an amazing way they continue to give back. We applaud their critical and ongoing efforts.
