This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes. 

Job Applicants 

We collect information from you that is necessary for us to verify your qualifications to work for us and to hire you. We may collect information from you necessary for your employment application including items like your name, email, social media profile, resume, and cover letter. We may also collect information from third parties, such as references from previous employers. Job applicants may provide additional information for routine background checks to a third-party provider of such services, 

under specific privacy terms and consents that will be provided at the time of collection. Any information collected through a third-party site (e.g. LinkedIn) will be governed by the privacy terms and conditions on that third-party site. Additionally, during your access to the Site, we may collect Site information from you. This may include device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs, device name, country, location, information about how and when you use our Services, and other technical information. This information is primarily needed to maintain the security and operation of our Services, and for our internal analytics and reporting purposes. 

Program Applicants and Other Service-Related Visitors 

We collect information from you that are necessary to provide you with the Services you request from us. We may collect information from you necessary to provide the Services you request from us. Donors We have a separate ‘Donor’ Privacy Policy in place, which outlines expanded privacy detail. This document is attached as an Exhibit to this document. This information is germane to the type of donation. If you would like to access the information that we have collected about you or request that we correct, amend, or delete it, please contact us in writing (see HOW CAN YOU CONTACT US ABOUT THIS POLICY). You must include your full name, mailing address, and policy number (if applicable), in addition to an explanation of the kind of information that you would like to access, correct, amend, or delete. We will do our best to respond promptly to any request. 

HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION? 

We process your information for purposes based on your request, to run the Site and provide our Services, and to achieve certain essential operations. We use personal information for a variety of business purposes, including running the Site and providing Services to you. These purposes may include establishing and maintaining communications with you on various topics, providing you with Services you request, including financial products or services, processing and servicing transactions with you, and operating and improving our business and operations. Our servers are located in United States. DO WE USE COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGY? 

Yes, we use cookies and similar technology to collect information about you and provide the Services to you. However, you can opt out of certain cookies on our website. When you visit the Site, open up electronic communication from us, or interact with us on social media platforms, we may also collect information about you by automated means. We do not currently respond to Do 

Not Track browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice. 

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION? 

We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law. We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). 

HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE? 

We aim to protect your personal information through a system of organizational, physical, and technical security measures. We have implemented appropriate organizational, physical, and technical organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, please also remember that we cannot guarantee that the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our Services is at your own risk. DO WE COLLECT INFORMATION FROM MINORS? 

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to children under 16 years of age.

To the extent that you have subscribed to any marketing and promotional communication, you may unsubscribe at any time from our marketing and promotional communications by following the “Unsubscribe” link in the communication. The updated version will be indicated by an updated “Revised” date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
