We have three committees open to qualified, interested volunteers. The Fundraising Committee acts as our business development department, developing leads and supporting fundraising plans. The Project Committee acts as our real estate experts, using their expertise for real estate donation projects that Sharing Connexion has under contract and preparing them for re-sale. The Nonprofit and Housing Preservation Committee identifies affordable housing or nonprofit real estate needing preservation that would potentially be a good fit to purchase and acquire on a short-term basis.
